Tips for Christmas

Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, figs, apricots, and dates have always been the symbol of the Christmas holidays and are never missing from the side tables. Try to consume them in moderation as they are rich in fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamin e and antioxidants.

Prefer them instead of all those chocolate treats and biscuits as they keep you full for longer and prevent you from eating too much sugary treats.
