Lifesaving courses consists of a theoretical and practical part. After completion of the course
exams are held. The exams are carried out by an examiner from the Cyprus Lifeguard Federation
and the certicificates are awarded from the Federation.
The certificates are divided into 11 categories base on the age of the candidates. Candidates must be age of 9 and above to take part. It is also suitable for people who would like to treat scoliosis and kyphosis.
