Water aerobics in Shallow Water
It is the kind of exercise that takes place in the water, at the shallow end of the pool. It is not necessary for participants to know how to swim. Water aerobics is just as effective as exercising outside the water and suitable for slimming, toning and maintaining good physical condition.

Water aerobics in Deep Water
This program takes place in the deep part of the pool. Participants wear a special harness that helps keep the body upright in the water so they can perform the exercises. A prerequisite for participating in this class is to feel comfortable in the deep end of the pool.
