GYM – POWER ABS – ENGLISH

Exercising the muscles around the core, Power Abs offers you the basic ingredient for a stronger body. By strengthening
your body you can improve your performance in whatever you do, from your everyday activities to your favourite sports. It is the cohesive tissue that keeps everything in balance. All Power Abs moves have variations so they are difficult but feasible, depending on your physical condition.

The workout lasts 30 minutes and during that time your trainer will guide you to the correct technique when performing exercises with rubber and weights and exercises that take advantage of the body weight itself, Shavings and plank. It also includes exercises for the hips, buttocks and the back.
