The gym is on the 1st floor overlooking the swimming pool and is equipped with Life fitness cardio equipment and strength equipment Hammer Strength and Life fitness as well as free weights. The cardio equipment can measure your heart rate during exercise by holding on the sensors or by the polar belt that you can get from the gym’s reception. This function provide your inside reading for your body performance and allowing you to exercise more effectively.
There is qualified staff to help to assist clients during workout at all times. Each person has its own personal exercise program planned by the staff after the personal interview and fitness assessment. This fitness assessment includes body fat analysis and weight, height measurements, nutrition counselling and program design according to each person.

NEW CLASSES!!! CIRCUIT TRAINNING
Circuit training is the type of training you exercise a different muscle group. After a brief warm up on the 1st floor of the gym, according to the time table you can use the circuit training suite. There are 10 different working stations each one for different major muscle group. On each station you exercise for 30 seconds and each cycle is repeated three times. The circuit training gym is on the 2nd floor. With circuit training in 30-45 minutes you can increase fat burning, and improve cardio fitness.
