GYM – CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise. The aim of this program is to exercise all the various muscle groups together, based on the different types of exercises done, in a 45 minute workout. A circuit training program can be specially designed in order to improve aerobic endurance, muscle endurance, muscle strength, balance and coordination of movement.

During the exercise, the use of the “POLAR TEAM SOFTWARE” offers to each contestant separately the opportunity to view from the projector the Heart Rate (HR), the Training Zones and the Calories consumed during the exercise.
